Question on the RRM timing control

Hey, does anyone know if the timing control comes with directions? and if its easy to install? thanks in advanced

P.S I want to get the ECU from RRM but I also want to get my car tuned by the works. So would i just buy the ECU from RRM then send it to works? orrrr?

thanks again

edit/ i just reread the thing on RRM and it does come with directions but if you could answer my other questions that would be great

As far as I know, you just have to unplug the MAF and plug the timing box in between. That's what i can tell from the pictures though.
