Evo X Build
We are in the process of doing a full build on a customers Evo X. The car will be getting the following:
-Turbotrix built 2.3L (sleeved block, custom rods/pistons, full race head, kelford cams, etc.)
-Turbotrix Evo X turbo kit with an FP T4Z.
-Turbotrix Fuel system
-Full Standalone EMS (plug and play)
-Exedy HD twin disk
-AGP FMIC
-Turbotrix 3" exhaust
-Turbotrix IC pipes
-Tial BOV
-Turbotrix bolts, Turbotrix washers, Turbotrix Oil, Turbotrix....
I will update this thread with pics as we go. Here is a pic from a few weeks ago of the motor getting machined for the Darton sleeves:

Here are some more pics of our Evo X stroker kit. The new rod piston combo weighs 850 grams. The stock rod/piston combo weighs 1200 grams. Thats a nice little weight savings.

Looks good. Im glad to see somebody take a different approach then some other shops that are doing something similar. I think the sleeves here will show a better option then most. Keep us updated and good luck.

Sleeving the X block cost$1350 including the sleeves. Thats if you drop off a bare block. Nobody knows the limit of the stock sleeves but we know that this car will be more then pushing those limits.

thats probably peanuts compared to the rest of the build. might aswell play it safe.
