Question What's a good OBD scanner to buy?

My dad wants a OBD2 scanner for Christmas so I was wondering if anyone knew which was the best value. Thanks

If you just want something to pull and reset codes:
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=94169

It's what I have, easily fits in the glovebox for quick access, and is simple and to the point.

Thats a killer deal, but looking for something with a little more, we have OBD1 cars too so I want to get him one that scans both OBD1 & OBD2, and has a few more cool feature.

Has anyone used a craftsman one before. It seems really nice but I dont know about there actual quality.
