Advan RS-D 18X9 ET25

Will these fit without any modifications? and im thinking 245/40
Evo 8

It says you drive a X and in that case you would be fine but if you're asking about an 8 I would say it all depends on your tires, ride height, and camber.

With 245/40/18 you might have some rubbing issues since they are taller than stock and a 25 offset on a 9" wheel is on the aggressive side for a stock Evo8. If you are set on running that size tire you'll need to roll the rear fenders. If you don't want to modify the fenders I would recommend going with the 245/35 and you shouldn't have any problems. Also because of the deep dish of those wheels I'm not sure they clear the front brakes without a spacer.
